We sell Excel/CSV files with data on US companies, generated at purchase time with the filters you chose. The count shown before payment is the quantity delivered (it may be lower if you have previous purchases with the same email — in that case we deliver only new records).
After payment you immediately receive an order confirmation. Your list is then prepared and checked, and the download link (valid for 30 days) is sent to the email you provide — usually within a few hours, at most 24 hours on business days. If nothing arrives in that window, check spam and reply to the confirmation email.
As a digital good delivered immediately, no refund is possible after download. If the file has a technical problem (corrupted, wrong fields, wrong count), we fix it or refund — write to us within 14 days. Additionally, records with a 'verified' email carry a bounce guarantee: if more than 5% bounce in your campaign, we replace those records free of charge (reply to the delivery email with your bounce list, within 30 days of purchase).
The list is for the buyer's internal use (prospecting, analysis, CRM). Reselling, redistributing or publishing the database is not allowed.
You are responsible for using the data in compliance with the data-protection and e-communications rules applicable to your outreach.
