The list is delivered for B2B use. When using it, you are responsible for compliance with the data-protection and e-communications rules of your country in your outreach (legitimate interest, identification, opt-out). The file favours generic company contacts, ideal for B2B prospecting.
Every record carries a verification state: 'verified' (validated) or 'probable' (existing but not confirmable, e.g. catch-all servers). Emails at high risk of bouncing are excluded before the file is built.
