Business-context data only: company name, institutional contacts (email, phone), city and region, sector, activity description and public identifiers (tax number, industry code) where available. Sources: public registers, directories, and automated analysis of the public content of company websites.

We keep order data (email, delivered files, tax number for invoicing) for the legally required fiscal period. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card data.
When using a purchased list, the buyer acts as data controller for their outreach and must comply with the data-protection and e-communications rules applicable in Canada: identify yourself, have a legitimate-interest B2B basis, and offer an opt-out in every communication.
